A: When picking up at the airport you will receive airport pick-up instructions via email approximately 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time so keep and eye out for it via email.
A: We meet you at the airport curbside and bring you back to our office (4 min drive) to complete the pick-up process. Upon return, you would meet your agent at the office, and we will give you a ride back to the airport.
A: Rentals are on a 24-hour basis, starting from the reserved pick-up date and time.
We offer an hourly rate for the first 2 hours after a 24-hour period. If the rental exceeds the 2-hour grace period, it will roll into a new 24-hour rental period and will be billed as such.
A: After an accident, we forward the damage details to one of our two repair workshop vendors, choosing the one with the earliest availability to complete the job. The workshops independently assess the damage and provide a quotation, which we pass on to you. We do not control the cost, as it is determined by the complexity of the repair, availability of materials, and the skills required.
A: If you’d like to return the vehicle earlier than your scheduled return time, that’s perfectly fine. However, we cannot issue a refund for any unused time. Please coordinate the return with your road agent directly, or our communications team can assist by contacting the road agent on your behalf.
A: The time it takes depends on the bank. Transfers from the same bank (e.g., Scotia Bank → Scotia Bank) usually reflect the same day, while transfers from different banks (e.g., Republic Bank → Scotia Bank) can take up to 4+ business days to reflect.

A: Unfortunately, at this time we do not provide taxi services. However, your road agent can give you a lift to the airport, where you should be able to get a taxi to take you to the port. Alternatively, you can hire a private taxi beforehand to drop you at the ferry.

A: For your contactless return, we kindly ask that you park your vehicle at the airport near RITUALS COFFEE SHOP. Here are the instructions for a successful remote return:
- Please park near Rituals Coffee Shop. Once parked, verify there are no new damages and SEND US A PICTURE OF WHERE IT IS PARKED.
- Snap a picture of the dashboard and send it to us. Please make sure the gas level is returned to your original pick-up level. Put the key under the driver's mat and any cash for gas (if leaving cash). There is no need to lock the car.
We will then secure the vehicle as soon as possible.
A: No, we are not available via WhatsApp call. You can reach us through normal phone calls only.
A: To return your vehicle, please contact your road agent at 868-296-7368 or the office at 868-361-1042. If returning to the airport, meet your road agent at our office, which is just 4 minutes away, and we will provide transportation to the airport.
A: If you are running late, a $325 late fee will apply. Please contact your rental assistant as soon as possible to inform them of your delay.
A: In case of an accident, contact emergency services immediately. After that, please notify O’neil Auto Rentals Ltd. at 868-361-1042.
A: Check for a spare tire in the vehicle. If you can replace it yourself, please do so. If assistance is required, contact our office at 868-361-1042. If you purchased roadside assistance, it may cover this service; otherwise, a charge will apply.
Please Note: Some hybrid vehicles do not include spare tires due to the hybrid system occupying additional space. Regrettably, the manufacturer does not supply a spare or allocate space for one. Should you encounter a flat tire, please reach out to our emergency contact number at 868-361-1042. Our team is available to assist and will arrange the necessary support. If you selected roadside assistance, it may cover the required assistance; otherwise, there may be a nominal fee for the service rendered.
A: Request an extension before your rental period ends. Extensions are subject to availability. Please contact the rental office at 868-361-1042 to request an extension.
A: We are located on Merchantman Ave, Crown Point, Tobago, roughly 4 minutes away from the ANR International Airport.

A: We cannot send a specific vehicle image as your assigned vehicle will be confirmed closer to your pick-up time. A: If you cancel a booking that has already been paid for (partial or full payment), a cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental amount will apply. This fee is necessary because once a reservation is confirmed in our system, we turn away all other bookings for that time to honor your commitment. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, the cancellation fee increases to 40% of the total rental amount. Please note that if your reservation was not paid for, it means your booking was never confirmed, and therefore, no cancellation fee will apply.
Renters have the option to reschedule their booking and retain their payment as a customer credit. Should the renter choose to reschedule, a customer credit equivalent to the full reservation amount will be issued. This credit is valid for 6 months from the original reservation pick-up date. Rescheduling is subject to future rate changes and availability.
If a cancellation occurs due to the company’s fault, a 100% refund will be issued back to the original payment method used.
A: Yes, you can authorize another person for the rental. Provide their full name, email address, phone number, and a photo of their driver's permit. Additional drivers must be at least 25 years old. There is a $100 TTD one-time fee per additional driver, not a daily fee.
A: Yes, we offer three types of child car seats:
- Child Booster Seat (Bottom Only): For ages 4-10 years.
- Baby Car Seat (Convertible): For children 5-65 lbs.
- Child Safety Seat (Full Booster): For ages 1-4 years.
A: Yes, a deposit is required to rent a car from O’neil Auto Rentals. The deposit amount varies by vehicle class.
A: The cost of renting a car depends on several factors including rental duration, car class, location, and additional products or insurance.
