Over the years we have had a number of questions that frequently arise from our customers so in an effort to make things easier for you we have compiled many of the common questions right here! Take a look around!

Rentals are either on a morning to evening basis or on a 24-hour basis, starting from the reserved pick-up date and time.

Are you available via WhatsApp Call?

No, we are not available via WhatsApp call. Only via normal phone calls.

How do I drop off the vehicle after my rental is over?

To return your vehicle after the rental period has ended, please contact your road agent at Road Agent: 868-296-7368 or the office at 868-361-1042, and they will assist you with drop-off arrangements. If you’re returning to the airport, please meet your road agent at our office, located just 4 minutes away from the airport, and we will provide transportation to the airport for you.

What do I do If I am running late?

In the event of tardiness in returning your vehicle, a $325 late fee will be incurred. However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we aim to be understanding. Should you find yourself running behind schedule, we kindly ask that you contact your rental assistant at your earliest convenience.

If there is an accident. What happens?

In the event of an accident, your primary action should be to contact emergency services immediately. Once emergency services have been notified, please promptly call the O’neil Auto Rental Ltd. office at 868-361-1042.

What should I do If I get a flat tire?

If you encounter a flat tire, please first check the vehicle for a spare. If you’re capable of replacing the punctured tire with the spare on your own, you’re encouraged to do so. However, if you require assistance, please reach out to our office at 868-361-1042, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to help you. Please be aware that if you’ve purchased roadside assistance with your booking, it may cover the assistance needed. However, if you haven’t purchased roadside assistance, there will be a charge for any assistance provided.

What if I want to extend?

To extend your rental period, it’s essential to request the extension before your current rental period concludes. All extensions are subject to availability. Please contact the rental office promptly at 868-361-1042 to request an extension as soon as possible. Availability will determine whether an extension can be granted.

If I am having issues with my vehicle what do I do?

We conduct regular checks on our vehicles to ensure a high-quality experience. In the unfortunate event of a mechanical issue, please contact the office or your road agent immediately. We will promptly address the issue by either repairing the vehicle or providing a replacement vehicle, depending on the circumstances and based on availability..

What is considered a day when I rent my vehicle?

Rentals are on a 24-hour basis, starting from the reserved pick-up date and time.

Will you pick us up in the airport when we land or do we have to walk to your office?

To enhance our customer service experience, we provide complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off services. Upon your arrival at the airport, we will meet you with the vehicle. Similarly, when returning the vehicle, you can simply meet your road agent at our office (located just 4 minutes from the airport), and they will provide transportation back to the airport for you.

Can I add an additional authorized driver onto my reservation?

Yes, it is possible to authorize another person for the rental. To proceed with this request, please provide the full name, email address, phone number and a photo of the driver’s permit of the person you’d like to authorize for the rental. Additional drivers must be at least 25 years old. Each additional driver is $100TTD (Flat Fee). Once we have this information, we can assist you further with adding them to your reservation 

Do you do pick ups and drop offs at the Port?

We regret to inform you that the port is outside our service area, and therefore, we are unable to offer pick-up or drop-off services at the port.

Do you offer baby car seats?

Yes we do offer baby car seats

What is the minimum age requirement for renting a vehicle?

Please note that ALL drivers must be at least 25 years old to rent with us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Available payment options: Credit Card (No Damage Deposit Required), Bank Transfer (Refundable Damage Deposit will apply $$$), NO CASH ACCEPTED `

PLEASE NOTE: When making payments via bank transfer or bank deposit, a refundable cash security deposit will be necessary upon vehicle pickup. 

The required amount will vary, starting at a minimum of $1,200 TTD depending on the vehicle selected. 

This security deposit must be provided in cash at the time of pickup and will be refunded in cash upon the return of the vehicle, provided it remains free of any new damages.
