I was searching for a car rental company for my Tobago trip and came across this company on Google. I've checked their reviews and noted they were mostly positive feedback and I placed my reservation for a rental online.When we got to Tobago via the Scarbough Port, we were delayed in picking up our rental at the airport, through no fault of O'Neil and they were quite understanding when I've message them.When we finally arrived at the airport in no time, Zek arrived with the car and drove us back to their company which was approximately 4 minutes drive from the airport.He and I went over the paper work and observed the car before I took off to my adventure. I liked that everything (the invoice, contract, pictures of the car, return reminders) were sent to my email and no paper, printer ink were used. What I've also noticed is that there cars were hybrid/petrol.I had rented a Toyota Aqua for two days at $305 per day. For the two days, I've traversed no further than Plymouth and Scarborough with high air-conditioning for both days as the place was hot. The car ran smoothly and no issues.I would highly recommend this car rental company and would definitely use of their services when we return. They were professional, punctual and customer service oriented.

Had the pleasure of renting a car from O’Neil’s for a Tobago visit. Mechan was very courteous and professional through the entire experience. He called beforehand to introduce himself and let me know the steps to pickup.We even had a flat tire in Speyside and there was no spare but he took care of it in a timely manner and very professional. I often come to Tobago for vacation (I live in Trinidad). Last year I visited the island and rented a car from another company. The car was fine but a bit dirty. This year I decided to give someone else a chance. I contacted Oneil Rent A Car and was given about six vehicles as options with varying prices. Their prices however was very reasonable. I booked my car and paid for it. When I arrived in Tobago, they picked dropped off the car at the airport and I signed the rental agreement. The car was new, clean and worked very well. During my stay there I ended up needing to keep the car for an extra two hours. The procedure for this was very simple and a small fee was paid for the extra time. I highly recommend them for your car rentals. Their customer service was excellent. Keep up the great work!

I was travelling with my family 2 infants included . The attendant Cat took my call with two other requests the pickup location being at the ferry port and 2 infant car seats. All occured smoothly and the service provided specifically by Cat was above and beyond what I expected with her personally arriving just before the ferry arrived so that we did not even have to wait. Place was a bit difficult to find on my own, but they do pickups and dropoffs at the airport. Service was great and attendants were friendly. Only one negative, and that was the touchscreen console for the GPS and radio....it was in JAPANESE 🇯🇵 😫 🈚️㊗️🈶️🈸️🈵️ I only read English !!!But I would definately use their services again.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

Saw good reviews of O'Neil online and decided to use them for our 4 day trip to Tobago, and very happy with their services. Their agent met us on a Sunday evening to deliver our car and sort out the handover, gave a good overview for insurance, petrol levels on handover, took pictures of the car on delivery and was great with us. Same great service at the end of our rental as well. No issues with the vehicle, and they sent text messages to remind us of scheduled drop-off so we didn't have any second guessing of what to do. Their agent, Zekiel, also let us know that we could contact him if we needed, so we felt supported.Once again, great service, we would use again next time we're in Tobago!
